Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website e2softbd.com and to every product and service provided by E2Soft Tech (also "e2soft Technology", [Legal entity name and type, e.g. sole proprietorship / private limited company], trade licence [Trade licence / registration number], "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or using any of our services you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Our services
We provide web hosting (shared, WordPress and reseller plans), domain name registration and transfer, website and custom web application development, e-commerce stores, Android app development, IT consulting and server administration, and digital products sold through marketplaces such as Envato (CodeCanyon) and Google Play. The features, resources and price of each hosting plan and domain are shown on the website at the time of your order. Development and consulting work is described in a separate written quote or proposal.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate and complete contact and billing details and keep them up to date. Domain registrant details in particular must be correct, because registries can suspend domains with false information.
- You are responsible for keeping your passwords (customer account, cPanel, email, FTP, WordPress and so on) secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where we show a price in US dollars for international payment methods, it is converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout. [confirm: whether prices include VAT/tax]
- Manual payments. You can pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bangla QR, bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or Payoneer, when these are offered at checkout. Send the exact amount shown for your order and submit the transaction ID (TrxID) or payment reference, and any other details requested, from your order page. We check every payment against our records. Your order is activated only after the payment has been verified, normally [confirm: verification time, e.g. within X working hours]. A transaction ID that cannot be verified, or an amount that does not match, will delay or cancel the order.
- Online gateways. Card, mobile-banking and net-banking payments may be processed by third-party gateways such as SSLCommerz or Stripe, when enabled. Card details are entered on the gateway's secure page and are never stored by us. The gateway's own terms also apply to the payment.
- Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet or payment service (sending fees, currency conversion, international transfer fees) are paid by you, and the amount we receive must cover the full order total.
- We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, contains clear pricing errors or breaks these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for and no service has been delivered, we refund the amount received.
4. Web hosting
4.1 Billing and renewals
- Hosting is billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose: monthly or yearly. Each renewal is due on the last day of the current cycle.
- Renewals are charged at the plan's price at the time of renewal. If a price changes we will tell you before your next renewal. [confirm: how and how far in advance renewal reminders are sent]
- It is your responsibility to renew on time, even if a reminder does not reach you.
4.2 Suspension and termination for non-payment
- If a renewal is not paid by its due date, the hosting account may be suspended [confirm: X days] after the due date. While suspended, your websites and email do not work.
- If the account is still unpaid [confirm: X days] after suspension, it may be terminated and all files, databases and email on it permanently deleted. We are not able to recover data from a terminated account.
- A suspended account is reactivated once the outstanding amount is paid and verified. [confirm: whether a reactivation fee applies]
4.3 Backups
You are responsible for keeping your own up-to-date backups of all your website files, databases and email. We may take server backups for disaster recovery [confirm: backup frequency and how long backups are kept], but they are provided as a courtesy without any guarantee that a particular backup will exist or be complete. Download a copy of your data regularly and always before making major changes.
4.4 Resources and fair use
- Each plan has the disk space, bandwidth, number of websites and email accounts shown on the plan page. Where a plan is described as unlimited or generous, normal fair-use limits for a shared server still apply.
- Hosting accounts share server resources (CPU, memory, processes, inodes and database connections) with other customers. If an account uses enough resources to affect server stability or other customers, we may limit, throttle or temporarily suspend it, and we will contact you to agree on a fix or an upgrade.
- Shared hosting is for websites and website email only. It must not be used as file storage or a backup archive, for media streaming or file sharing, for mining, or for long-running background processes, unless we agree to it in writing.
- Reseller customers are responsible for their own clients and for making sure those clients follow these Terms.
4.5 Acceptable use and prohibited content
You must not use our hosting, email or any other service to store, send or link to:
- anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or of the country where the server is located;
- phishing pages, malware, viruses, botnets, hacking tools, or attacks on other systems, including port scanning, brute-force attempts and denial-of-service attacks;
- spam, unsolicited bulk email or purchased mailing lists;
- pirated software, "nulled" themes or plugins, or other material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights;
- pornographic or sexually explicit material, and any material that sexually exploits minors (which we report to the authorities);
- gambling or betting services, fraudulent schemes, fake shops, or the sale of illegal goods;
- content that promotes violence or terrorism, hate speech, harassment, or the publication of other people's private information.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate any service that breaks this section, with or without notice depending on how serious it is. No refund is given for services ended because of a breach. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
4.6 Security and uptime
We work to keep our servers secure and available, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control (such as data-centre, network, power or upstream provider failures) can cause downtime. You are responsible for keeping the software you install (for example WordPress, themes and plugins) updated and secure.
5. Domain names
- Registration. Domains are registered on your behalf through accredited registrars and reseller partners, and through BTCL for .bd domains. Every domain is also subject to the rules of its registry and the registrar's registration agreement, which you accept when you register.
- Ownership. The registrant named in the domain record (normally you) is the owner of the domain. We register domains with your details as registrant and do not claim ownership of your domain. On request we provide the transfer (EPP/auth) code, subject to registry rules — for example, transfers are usually not allowed within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer.
- Availability. A domain shown as available is not reserved until it is paid for and successfully registered. If registration fails, we refund the amount paid or help you choose another name.
- Renewals and price changes. Domains must be renewed before they expire. Renewal prices can differ from first-year registration prices and are set by registries and registrars; they may change, and the price at the time of renewal applies. An expired domain may stop working and may be lost. Restoring a domain after expiry, where the registry allows it, can involve an extra redemption fee charged by the registry [confirm: restore / redemption fee].
- Transfers in. Transferring a domain to us is free of any transfer fee; you pay for a one-year renewal, which is added to the domain's existing expiry date when the transfer completes. Transfers depend on the domain being unlocked, the correct auth code, and approval by the current registrar.
- .com.bd and .net.bd. These domains are registered through BTCL (Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited) for a minimum of two (2) years and must follow BTCL's rules, which may require supporting documents such as a national ID, trade licence or other proof of eligibility. BTCL decides on approval, and processing times depend on BTCL. BTCL's rules on ownership changes, renewals and transfers apply.
- Disputes. Domain disputes are handled under the policies of the relevant registry (for example ICANN's UDRP for generic domains). You are responsible for making sure your domain name does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Development and consulting services
- The scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule of each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or agreement. Work begins after the quote is accepted and the agreed advance payment is received. [confirm: standard advance / milestone payment terms]
- Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately and may change the timeline.
- You are responsible for providing content, feedback, access and approvals on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
- On full payment you own the custom code and design we create specifically for your project, unless the quote says otherwise. Third-party components (open-source libraries, frameworks, themes, plugins, fonts, images and services) stay under their own licences. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
- After delivery we fix bugs in the agreed scope that are reported within [confirm: free bug-fix period, e.g. X days]. New features, content updates and ongoing maintenance are separate paid services.
- For Android apps published on Google Play, Google's developer policies apply, and Google alone decides whether an app is approved.
7. Digital products and Envato items
Products we sell through Envato marketplaces (such as CodeCanyon) are licensed under Envato's licence terms, not these Terms. Your rights to use the item depend on the licence you bought — see the Envato Market licences, the Envato Market terms and Envato's refund policy. Item support is provided as described on the item page and under Envato's item support policy. Apps on Google Play are covered by Google Play's terms. Installation, customisation and hosting of a purchased item are separate services unless they are included in the item's description.
8. Support
You can reach support by email at support@e2softbd.com, by WhatsApp (@e2softTech) or by phone. Hosting support covers the hosting service itself (server, cPanel, email delivery, SSL, DNS and account issues). It does not include developing, repairing or debugging your own website code, themes or plugins, which we can offer as a paid service. [confirm: support hours and typical response times]
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable; new hosting plans can be refunded within [confirm: X days — the site currently advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee]; development work is refunded according to the project quote.
10. Limitation of liability
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties other than those set out in these Terms.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the [confirm: liability period, e.g. 3 / 12] months before the claim.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, actions of data centres, registries, BTCL, payment providers or other upstream providers, and government actions.
- You agree to compensate us for losses and claims caused by your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. We will try to resolve any complaint amicably first — please contact us. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh [confirm: specific district, e.g. Cox's Bazar].
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Significant changes are announced on the website or by email. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect payments made before the change.
