Cropo is designed to process images entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos to any external servers. All processing happens locally on your device.

1.1 Images and Photos

When you use Cropo to edit photos, create passport photos, extract signatures, or crop images, all processing occurs locally on your device. Your images are never uploaded to any server or cloud service. We do not have access to your photos.

1.2 Device Permissions

Cropo may request the following permissions:

Camera Optional	Used to take photos directly from the app for passport photos or signatures. You can also use gallery images instead.
Storage / Media Required	Used to read images from your gallery and save processed images back to your device.

1.3 No Personal Information

Cropo does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information. You can use all features completely anonymously.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not use your information for any purpose other than processing the images you select on your device. All operations are performed locally.

3. Data Storage

All images processed by Cropo are stored only on your device in the location you choose. We do not store any of your images on our servers. The app does not have any cloud backup or synchronization features.

4. Third-Party Services

Cropo uses trusted third-party services to improve app functionality, analytics, and advertisements.

• Google AdMob - Used to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device information, advertising identifiers, usage data, and approximate location information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Google Analytics for Firebase - Used to understand app usage, improve performance, and fix issues. Firebase Analytics may collect anonymous usage statistics, device information, and app interaction data.
• Google Play Services - Used for app distribution, updates, and related Google services.
• TensorFlow Lite - Used for on-device AI processing. All image processing happens locally on your device and images are never uploaded to external servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Cropo does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audience use for creating official documents like passport photos and signatures.

6. Data Security

Since all processing is done locally on your device, your images never leave your device. We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated to ensure the latest security patches.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Use the app completely offline
• Delete any images you've processed from your device at any time
• Deny camera or storage permissions (though some features may not work)
• Uninstall the app at any time, which removes all app data from your device

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

9. Offline Functionality

Cropo works completely offline. The only features that require internet are advertisements (AdMob). All core features including background removal, passport photo creation, signature extraction, and custom cropping work without an internet connection.
